How do I place an order?

What information is needed for an order?
Please let us know the date you would like your cake to be delivered, size (if you're unsure, please get in touch and we'll be happy to advise), flavour and any other information you have (including themes or inspiration photos).
Do you cater for allergies?
Unfortunately Crumb Cakery operates in a kitchen that uses allergens and therefore we cannot cater for any allergies.
When do I make my payment?
A 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking (within 48hrs of receipt of the invoice) to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before delivery.
If you cancel your order more than 7 days before your arranged delivery date then your deposit will be refunded (if any decorations for your cake needed to be ordered or personalised then the cost for these will be deducted from your deposit).
How do I receive my cake?
We deliver all cakes and treats to your chosen location. Delivery is free within a 10 mile radius of AB12 and a small charge is added per mile after this.
What designs can I have?
At Crumb Cakery we are happy to create any design and work with you to create the best fit for your occasion. We are happy to use inspiration photos. Although exact colours cannot be guaranteed, we’ll always do our best to create the closest possible match.
